- Read through all plan materials to get familiar with your benefits, coverage and exclusions.
- Learn the proper steps required for obtaining health care through your plan.
- Attend informational health benefits meetings held by Easy Choice Health Plan (HMO).
- Take the opportunity to ask questions of the plan representative.
- Establish a relationship with your primary care physician
