Mr. Spencer is an experienced and proven healthcare executive with over 30 years experience in a variety of healthcare executive management positions in three different States. He has been Chief Executive Officer of four acute care hospitals as well as having held senior positions at three different Health Maintenance Organizations. He holds a B.S. degree in Business Management and an MBA in Healthcare Management.
Chief Medical Officer: Alexis Martin, M.D.
Dr. Martin is a seasoned medical management and managed care physician having been the Director of Family Practice at Friendly Hills Medical Group in La Habra and Chief of the Medical Staff at Whittier Hospital Medical Center. Dr. Martin received his B.S. from Southern Methodist University and his MD from USC. He completed his General medicine and Surgery Internship at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer: Joya Bond
Ms. Bond has over 25 years of healthcare management expertise with a focus on Medicare Managed Care. In addition to her extensive healthcare management experience, Ms. Bond has served as a key contributor for two Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug start up plans. Ms. Bond holds a B.S. degree in Business Management.
Chief Information Officer: Koh Kerdsri, MBA
Mr. Kerdsri has eighteen years of experiences in the Information Systems & Technology environment and eleven years of experience in Health Care Management from both the provider and payer sides. Mr. Kerdsri holds an MBA in MIS and a B.E. Degree in Telecommunications Engineering.
